Research

Using our quality control program and in-house laboratory, we have developed a wide scale research program with several focuses. We constantly monitor a variety of parameters including temperature, toasting time, wood origin, wood aging, grain type, etc. We also collaborate with several organizations and Universities on projects using our superior industry knowledge combined with our research and development department. Our regularly published works are known throughout the wine industry for their content and practical focus.
